Yes, we direct bill! We have a $2.00 direct billing fee for each claim we submit on your behalf. We direct bill to:

If an appointment is missed without 24 hours notice, you may be billed. If you are late for an appointment and scheduling does not permit going over your allotted time, full billing will be charged.

1. For your first treatment, please arrive 10 minutes early. This will give you enough time to fill out the patient information form without taking any time away from your actual massage treatment. 
2. To help you relax during your treatment, be sure to wear comfortable undergarments or shorts. 
3. For your personal privacy and comfort, you will be covered with linen at all times, with the exception of the area that is being treated. 
4. Intrinsic Massage Therapy offers both male and female licensed Massage Therapists.
