Corrado is a graduate of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies, and he has been doing massage therapy for over 30 years.

Corrado has expertise in neck injuries, migraines, headaches, and overall structural disfunctions. He also trained in NeuroFascial Reset (Rapid technique) which alleviates tension and restrictions.

Matthew graduated in 2017 from Wellington college. He has solely practiced at Intrinsic Massage these past 9 years.

Matthew's practice is focused on Sports massage and Therapeutic Massage treatments.

Courtney has graduated from Evolve Collage of Massage Therapy in 2025.

She likes to focus on her clients regarding specific injuries, and likes to help clients get to the bottom of recurring pains.

She enjoys working with various techniques such as deep tissue, fascial release, and many more.

Lauryn graduated from Wellington Massage College in 2020. Her interest in massage came from experiencing injury and recovery after years of circus training.

She believes that we can do anything we want, we just need to be strong enough. The role of stress and our environments are deeply related to our experience of pain, and sees massage as one tool in addressing that complex system.

Ardala has been a massage therapist for over 23 years.

She's a registered massage therapist who does deep tissue sport massages, relaxation massages and works well with specific focus treatments.

She also competes in martial arts and teaches it.

Jim graduated as a RMT from Wellington College in 2018 after serving 33 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, primarily in healthcare.

He currently sits on the MTAM board of directors and the PD & events committee and has a strong desire to see massage therapy become a regulated and recognized healthcare profession.

He is an avid CFL fan and martial artist.

Registered Massage Therapist

Lindsay is a graduate of the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy and has been practicing for 26 years.

She has specialized training in Prenatal massage, Cupping and Acupuncture.
